February 2nd is Groundhog Day! Punxsutawney Phil is the official Groundhog Day weather predicting groundhog! Your students will learn a few facts about Groundhog Day and about groundhogs. They will pick up some new vocabulary and have fun as they make their predictions and follow up to see if their predictions were right! And of course, I included all of your Common Core alignments for easy lesson planning! Just cut & paste!
