Target a variety of grammar skills with this packet that includes 24 regular past tense verb cards, 24 subject-verb agreement cards, 24 regular past tense verb cards, 24 future tense verb cards, 24 regular plural noun cards, 24 subjective pronoun cards, 24 objective pronoun cards, 24 irregular past tense verb cards, and 24 irregular plural noun cards.

Pages 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 are cue cards. They are intended to be used to introduce lessons and/or review key concepts.

Present Tense Verbs (p. 6-9): Students take turns drawing sentence cards with the present tense verb missing. The word to be inserted into the sentence is in parentheses at the bottom of the card. After reading the incomplete sentence, students must then tell what each item does.

Subject-Verb Agreement (p. 11-14): Students take turns drawing sentence cards with a choice of two verbs. They must then determine the appropriate verb to finish the sentence with.

Regular Past Tense Verbs (p. 16-19): Students take turns drawing past tense sentence cards with a choice of two verbs. They must then determine the appropriate verb to finish the sentence with.

Future Tense Verbs (21-24): Students take turns drawing sentence cards. Then, they must change the underlined verb into a future tense verb in order to complete the sentence.

Regular Plural Nouns (p. 26-29): Students take turns drawing sentence cards and reading the card. The first sentence includes a singular noun that has been underlined. Students must make the singular noun plural in order to complete the sentence.

Subjective Pronouns (p. 31-34): Students take turns drawing sentence cards and replacing the underlined word or words with the appropriate pronoun. *There is a subjective pronoun word bank at the bottom of each card for additional help.*

Objective Pronouns (p. 36-39): Students take turns drawing
sentence cards and replacing the underlined word or words with the appropriate pronoun. *There is an objective pronoun word bank at the bottom of each card for additional help.

Irregular Past Tense Verbs (p. 41-44): Students take turns drawing sentence cards. The word to be inserted into the sentence is in parentheses at the bottom of the card, but it must be changed so that it is the past tense version of the word.

Irregular Plural Nouns (p. 46-49): Students take turns drawing sentence cards. The word to be inserted into the sentence is in parentheses at the bottom of the card, but it must be changed so that it is the plural version of the noun.
