This resource is used before and after running a counseling group. It measures student's progress on multiple success skills like problem solving appropriately, being engaged in class, and being positive about self. It is meant to be given to teachers before a group starts, and then after the group ends. Scores can range between 1 and 35, and progress can be measured as a whole score or in specific areas. This is an informal assessment for School Counselors, School Psychologists, and other school personnel.
