  • A "Fake News" PowerPoint presentation that teaches students how to identify source types and source quality
  • A "Writing Research Papers" PowerPoint presentation that will take students through the process of writing their group's research paper
  • Access to a Google Form and Google Sheet document with directions on how to access and use them to digitally accommodate student research and collaboration
  • A group job fair activity that includes a brainstorming worksheet and posters to display throughout your classroom
  • A personal responsibilities journal worksheet to be completed by students as they complete their learning tasks
  • A 13-slide "Basics of MLA Style" presentation (with examples and resource links)
  • A MLA-styled Word Template to share with students to assist the formal writing process
  • An essay assignment handout that contains: essay requirements, formatting example, research essay writing tips, a peer edit checklist, and rubric that assesses students on 8 ELA Common Core Standards (CCRA.W.2, CCRA.W.4, CCRA.W.7, CCRA.W.8, CCRA.R.1, CCRA.L.1, CCRA.L.2, and CCRA.L.3)
