This lesson truly helps history come alive! Students will work in groups of four to write, direct and perform a skit about various topics related to the Aztecs. Students will choose (or be assigned) to one of four possible roles (researcher, playwright, director, creative designer). They will choose to incorporate five out of twenty topics related to Aztecs (Examples - class structure, Tenochtitlan, emperors, etc.). They are also provided with a list of authentic Aztec names to use for their characters.
