The Group Work Peer Evaluation forms allow students to constructively critique their classmates following a group assignment. Each student confidentially completes a form. The information on these forms provides the teacher with valuable information about how well each student works with others during a group assignment. It is important that students realize how others perceive them, and these forms give the teacher the opportunity to share this valuable feedback. For example, lets say five students were working together on a group assignment. Following the assignment, each student critiques the other four students in the group. After receiving the forms, the teacher notices that all four students noted that "Sally" was very hard working, completed all her tasks for the assignment in a timely manner, and each student would welcome being partnered with her on a group assignment in the future. Sally needs to know that her classmates value working with her. What a boost to her self-esteem! On the other hand, three of the four students stated that "Geno" did not listen to others in the group. Geno needs to know that this is how he is perceived. What a valuable experience this will be if Geno consciously tries to listen better during the next group assignment! This product was produced by Bricks and Mortar EDU. Feedback would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
