This book study compares and contrasts two books on growth mindset by Peter H. Reynolds.
These books are great books to read to your students to teach them about developing a growth mindset. Instead of just saying, "I can't do Math," a growth mindset approach instead applauds the process and hard work. A response to a down trodden student, who has sworn off Math forever, would be, "Well, you may not be able to do Math...yet, however; I know with hard work and some dedication you will be able to be successful soon."

(2 pages of comprehension Questions)
During the books, both characters have a negative reaction when
they feel like they can't figure out how to draw. I have included the
pictures from the book and a small passage that describes what is
happening in each book at these pivotal moments.
