ALL THIRD GRADE MATH COMMON CORE STANDARDS ARE INCLUDED.
Students will use these charts to keep track of their math assessment data. I print all of the standards out and put them into a folder for each student to keep, so students can graph their data and determine what they need to work on in our Math Skill time. You could also just give these charts for a particular unit. These are great because it is an awesome visual for students to SEE their growth. This would be a great resource to get students thinking about their growth mindset.
This file is aligned to third grade Common Core math standards. Each standard has a learning target (I can statement) that was developed from the standard. However, if you would like to use your own learning target, I left graphs with that section blank so you can write your own LT.
I also left some charts without the common core standard and learning target for teachers who do not use common core or for those teaching a different grade level.
I use this with PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act), as students will track their data to determine a plan.
