This 22-page product is a fun project to use any time during the school year, but especially fun when school begins after summer break. The idea is to have students fill out the, “Guess Who I Am” page first. There are fifteen questions that ask about preferences and favorites. Then students choose a face template they feel best represents them or a blank “head” template and color it in with whatever features they want to include such as is shown in the photo. The Guess Who I Am page can be placed on top of the portrait and stapled. I included a recording sheet in case you want to use this for a “guess who I am read around the room” event. The pages could also be used as a bulletin board in the hallway.
This product is differentiated for those students who are challenged readers or English language learners. There is a page for students to draw and label four favorites. I also included a writing page.
Here’s what is in the product:
15 face templates (6 boy, 6 girl, and 3 plain)
1 guess who I am question page
1 recording sheet
1 draw four favorites page
1 writing about a favorite activity page
