Guide to Reading Genres

This product is a tool designed for teachers.

Reading standards have a heavy focus on genre. This guide can help teachers when planning lessons for readers workshop. Each page focuses on a different genre. A definition of the genre, the major characteristics of the genre, and some key vocabulary for each genre are provided.
