Guided reading is a great way to touch base with your students dying literacy time, check their current reading levels, and assess their progress. This also comes with a lot of paper work as well! If you're like me, you want things to be in one, organized place. My guided reading binder is now a well sorted place, where I can quickly and easily find the group I am working with, what we are working on, and assess my student's progress. This 44 page pack includes:
-6 different color version of the front cover
-There are six group versions of what is below...
-Group Number and Names cover sheet (I laminate mine so that I can easily change the names of who is in what group when needed)
-Group Number Book logs (a place the write the book being read, the date, and the level)
-Guided Reading Lesson Plan template (objective, vocabulary, preview/prediction, reading strategies, comprehension questions, and goals for next time)
-Guided Reading Monitoring Logs (a place to assess students as they read, two to a page to save space. You could also cut them apart and staple together a bunch to make a little book for each student)
