Need help organizing your guided reading groups? Here's the system I have used to organize my scattered brain when planning for my kindergarten guided reading lessons. I, being a visual learner, have color coded my groups. I use Avery 1-inchi binders for mine. This is the size these templates are made for. If you need another size, I'm sure I can make it for you. Just send me quick email.
In this pack of goodies you will find:
Reading group binder covers for each color group
Editable tabs for student sections (you guessed it...they're color coded)
Guided reading lesson plan template based on decoding strategies
Anecdotal record recording sheet for nine weeks. (It is sized to be used for post-it notes, or you can just write them in)
Running records template
As this summer progresses and I begin putting together my binders for next year, I'm sure I will be adding new things to this pack. Enjoy your goodies! I hope they help!
Tips for the Trendy:
I am adding new products DAILY. It's the year of revamping my kindergarten class and you can take the ride with me!
Want to know how to be the first to know about my new discounts, freebies and product launches, as well as when products are updated:
• Look for the green star next to my store logo and click it to become a follower. ::insert magic wand sound:: Ta-Da! You will now receive email updates about my store.
• Follow me on Pinterest or at my blog to get instant updates when new products are added!
How to get TPT credit to use on future purchases:
• Please go to your My Purchases page (you may need to login). Beside each purchase you'll see a Provide Feedback button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. Each time you give feedback, TPT gives you feedback credits that you use to lower the cost of your future purchases. I mean..who can beat that!?
Also: your feedback is highly valuable to me as it helps me to see where the need is and what is helpful to you guys. I know I always love it when I find exactly what I need on here, and your feedback is a way to help me create that experience for you.
On a sidenote: Please feel free to email me any questions. I'm a newbie here, so I'm still trying to figure things out. (Much like my little kindergarteners trying to figure out how to sit still on the first day of school. My how I love them!)
