This is a yearly checklist that teachers can use to check off what strategies that they are focusing on in guided reading for each group.
The document is divided into 3 parts: Reading Engagement, Fluency and Comprehension. Within each category, there are skills, tips and sentence stems to use with students.
When I created this document, I was teaching fourth grade. So please keep that in mind with the sentence stems especially. You can always make the sentence stems more simple for younger grades.
I am working on translating this into Spanish. This document is only in English.
