These labels can be used to take notes during guided reading groups. Simply fill in the student's name and the book they are reading. Then you can take notes on the student's reading in the rest of the space. These labels can then be placed in your reading binder behind the correct student's divider, or however you choose to keep your student's information. I always keep one of these pages on a clipboard during my guided reading time. This eliminates the time I might take flipping through my guided reading binder to find the correct student's section to take notes in. I can simply take notes on these labels and place them in my binder when I have a free moment later in the day!
