Guided Reading Resources

This is the Guided Reading kit that I use in my classroom. It is tried, tested and true. This complete package includes:

- A Guided Reading teacher binder cover page.
- Weekly planning sheets.
- A page to help plan your groups.
- A log to indicate which texts you are working on with each
group.
- A group tracker.
- A notes page to plan your guided reading lesson on, to write
your observations about each student, as well as to indicate
your plans for follow-up sessions.
- Student reflection sheets.
- Response sheets
- Question prompt cards for before, during and after reading.

I used have use this pack with different grade levels and differentiated as necessary.

The response sheets are more appropriate for younger grades but the planning pages and question cards are appropriate from first to sixth grades! You can use your judgement and decide which pages will work best with your students.
