Guided Reading Tips and Tricks Flip Chart is designed to sit on your guided reading table or inside your guided reading notebook for easy access during, and while planning, guided reading lessons. I like to plan my guided reading lessons at home and had to bring several notebooks (one with standards, one with question stems, one with ideas, etc) in order to successfully plan my lessons. That became tiring, so I combined everything you need in one easy to use flip chart! This flip chart has everything you need to plan your guided reading lessons- ideas, questions stems, Common Core Standards, etc. It also contains everything you need while conducting guided reading lesson plans- scoring guides for running records, teaching prompts, etc.
It contains the following sections:
~Scoring running records
~Sight words/vocabulary/language structure
~Higher order question stems
~TRC questions stems (for Read 3D)
~Common Core Standards for kindergarten, first, and second grades.
It is very easy to put this flip chart together. The document prints in order. All you need to do is cut on the dotted lines! Then, bind the flip chart at the top using spiral binding.
