PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a fun experiment after the introduction of the mole concept and the students just love it.The lab will measure the amount of sugar found in a sample of gum. This value is used to calculate the percentage of dissolved sugar, the moles and the number of molecules present in the sample using Avogadro's number. A comparison is made between sucrose gum and aspartame gum.
