Product Description
This set of viewing questions helps students understand the main arguments behind Jared Diamond's biogeographical thesis about why some parts of the world have been richer or more "successful" than others. Students view selected clips (below) of the documentary posted on Youtube and answer questions as they watch.

This is a particularly useful product, because it only focuses on about 35 minutes of the documentary, making it perfect for classroom use or as a homework assignment. The questions on the portion viewed focus on Diamond's initial question and how undergoing a Neolithic Revolution affects populations. Students will have a concrete understanding of the significance of the Agricultural Revolution by completing this assignment.
