I am very passionate about my approach to teaching GUSTAR because I believe it works. I like to break down each part of the construction so that students have a complete understanding of WHY we use GUSTAR as we do.
This worksheet first asks students to fill in the blank with the missing indirect object pronoun (me, te, le, etc.), and then with the missing form of gustar (gustan or gusta). Finally, students construct sentences with GUSTAR using a given indirect object (A mi, A ella, etc.) and subject (el gato, la pizza, etc.).
