This is a fun activity where students work as teams to use gustar. The activity forces students to think about the details like the "a mí" portion or deciphering between gusta and gustan in accordance to the object(s) in question.
Included in this are all of the possible conjugations of gustar, including the a mí, a ti portions, in addition to verbs and objects to diversify the use of gustar.
I divide my teams up into about 5-6 and have them clear off their desks. Then, I have students make sure all of the words are face down. Then the rules come out:
1) only one person can touch the cards at a time.
2) only one card can be taken out of the deck at a time
3) everyone in the team needs a turn
4) once you discard a card, it's done. If you find that you need it after discarding, you have to dig it out one-at-a-time.
This activity works heavily with team work and self-control. Students have to work together and help both the strong and the weak students to succeed.
I will either call out or write out a sentence in English or Spanish and students have to find it and form it in order.
I usually reward the team that gets the most sentences correct in a class/game.
