This resource has been designed for UK teachers. It is a differentiated cut, paste and sequence resource covering the six main events of the gunpowder plot.
All pages are included in colour as well as photocopier friendly black and white line art.

This resource is simple to differentiate. "Core" pupils can sequence version A cards, "challenge" pupils can sequence versions B cards and "support" pupils can be given either the text/illustrations in order and simply match with corresponding text/illustrations.
England: Events beyond living memory that are significant nationally [for example events commemorated through festivals] / significant historical events, people and places in their own locality / a study of an aspect or theme in British history that extends pupils’ chronological knowledge beyond 1066
Scotland: I can discuss why people and events from a particular time in the past were important, placing them within a historical sequence.
