LESSON 1: PowerPoints and guided notes cover over all 27 Amendments. Teacher notes are included for most of the PowerPoint slides. There are 23 slides in the PowerPoint.

LESSON 2: Students will evaluates the Bill of Rights Amendment on their scale of 1 -10. Then they will re-write the amendments in student-friendly terms. This lessons includes Internet resources to help give students background information about the Bill of Rights.

LESSON 3: This includes six real-life failed amendments to the Constitution. Each of the failed amendment handouts include short historical information, along with the text of the proposed amendments. Then students will write and present an argument for or against the proposed amendment to the Senate (class).
