I tell you that this was always one of my favorite ways to end my lessons each school year. To be honest, it was NEVER for a grade but it was always fun just to see who my students remember, wither it was in world history, American history of Louisiana history. I just enjoyed seeing who made an impact of my students.
I could go over a few of the names that kept coming up but that would taint your own student's choices. But I will say I did get some very cool women, musicians, Blacks, Native Americans, Creoles in the mix. It was fun to just see who the remembered and all of them were great.
I had fun in all of my 25+ years and I hope you will also. I also gave you a "back" if you need it. My student's liked the fact that they did not need loose leaf paper and I like the fact that everything was there on a single sheet. It made it easy to "grade" which I generally didn't. I just read through them.
