The sampler is comprised of 124 problems representative of 62 topics from grade 4 to HS. They are IN THE SAME ORDER in which I teach Geometry A at my charter school. The course was designed and created when it became obvious that many of my students were not in any way ready for Geometry--or had failed it repeatedly. The online courses available had proven over the course of several years to be uninspiring and disjointed to the degree that hardly any student was successful in passing them. This course is the result of a lot of experimentation and thought--which is still going on (actually, though, the problems shown are just a small percentage of the problems that are actually available for the course).
The PREVIEW is confined to Grade 8 problems.
[The problems in All WORKSHEETS and PREVIEWS are printed in difficulty (1 [easy], 2 [not so easy], 3 [proficiency] up to 4 [mastery]) order within a skill. The actual difficulty level appears slightly to the left of the DK box of each problem in a very small font. Also, instructional references appear on worksheets but are optional on quizzes.]
NOTE: every pair of problems is preceded by the Common Core Standard code (in green) that is applicable.
NOTE also: this course focuses on many different geometric areas. The second semester will focus more on purely high school concepts.
NOTE also: Depending on requests, I can offer worksheets for individual standards, skills within standards, full units that you determine--along with up to 7 unit quizzes of different difficulty levels, or full courses comprised of unit worksheets, quizzes and an optional final exam.

THE IDEA BEHIND THE ASSESSMENTS IS THAT IF YOUR HS STUDENTS CANNOT PASS EITHER ONE THEN, MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, THEY COULD BENEFIT FROM THIS ENTIRE COURSE.
