PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a complete unit from Reading Through History documenting early 20th Century US foreign policy. There are five individual lessons covering the Boxer Rebellion, the Roosevelt Corollary and Dollar Diplomacy, Theodore Roosevelt and the Panama Canal, Woodrow Wilson and Missionary Diplomacy, and Pancho Villa's rebellion in Mexico. For each one page reading there are three pages of student activities that include reading comprehension questions, vocabulary activities, guided reading activities, student summaries, and a student response essay question. There is enough material to cover 3-5 days of class.

*My students typically complete an assignment in the 30-40 minute range, which allows for ample lead in discussion prior to the issuing of the assignment.
