Hall Passes with incentive program - Designed for INB's

These are 1/2 page hall passes designed to be glued into individual interactive notebooks or INB's. They can be adapted for class usage if desired. The background with the images and table is fixed, but you can edit and change the directions and incentive program text to your needs. There are several versions included:

• General - unnumbered for general usage without an incentive program
• 3 per quarter for a year - these are what I use in middle school to reduce the "revolving door" to the bathroom syndrome. Students love saving them up to but their treats at our end of year party.
• 6 per quarter for semester 1
• 6 per quarter for semester 2
