Halloween Activity: Create a Ghost! PRINT AND DIGITAL for Distance Learning

Engage your learners with this fun and creative Halloween activity! Students are asked to create their own fictional ghost by answering 2-pages of exciting prompts.

For example, students are asked to..

1.Give a brief biography of the ghost when they were living

2.Describe how they haunt the living

3.Use vivid imagery to describe where the ghost lives

& more!

This activity was created with distance learning in mind (although a printer-friendly version is also included). The collaborative Google Slides presentation allows students to view each other's ghost. I even added a competitive element, where they vote on the most interesting ghost by placing a tombstone in the grey margin of their favorite spirit!

This activity is designed to be fun, while still requiring students to use those creative writing skills. Enjoy!
