Our wonderful students will soon turn into the candy-crazed, walking dead!
So if you can't fight 'em...you may as well keep 'em highly engaged in doing some great activities! I've created four fun activities that will get your students in the mood for learning.
1. Quiz-Quiz Trade: Name the Pattern Task Cards
These Halloween-themed cards will get your students moving and learning. Students will each be given a card. Working with a partner, they will each take a turn showing their card and describing the pattern they see. 32 cards in all! Just cut, fold, tape or laminate and you are ready to get your little monsters eating out of your hand!
2. The Halloween Candy Challenge
is a fun and creative way to get your students doing homework with their Halloween candy. Students will take the challenge to complete as many activities as possible. They will estimate, sort, create patterns and word problems...all using their hard-earned Halloween booty. Parents are in charge of checking off each of the activities as they are completed. You, the teacher, can decide when the assignment is due and how much credit to offer the students. Fun!
3. Witch Glyph!
Your students will have a great time coloring the cute witch using the directions given.
4. Frank Glyph!
It's Halloween so it is absolutely mandatory to have a Frankenstein Monster Glyph in your arsenal of educational weapons!

How to get TPT credit to use on future purchases:
**Please go to your My Purchases page (you may need to login). Beside each purchase you'll see a Provide Feedback button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. Each time you give feedback, TPT gives you feedback credits that you use to lower the cost of your future purchases. I value your feedback greatly as it helps me determine which products are most valuable for your classroom so I can create more for you. ☺
