Your students will love writing dialogue with these fun Halloween riddles! You can use them to introduce or practice punctuating and capitalizing dialogue.

Kids read a riddle then write the response as a quoted sentence. For example:
What did the little ghost say when he ran out of candy? (Boo hoo!)
The little ghost said, "Boo hoo!"
