Students practice graphing (x, y) coordinates in this fun, Halloween themed activity. Some of the task cards ask students to graph a point such as (10, 31) while other cards ask students to find a date such as (November, 10). These date cards help students form a habit to look at the x axis first when plotting coordinates. With the download, you will receive 20 task cards, a Halloween graph, a student answer sheet and teacher answer key. This activity would also work well with students who have been having trouble point plotting and would respond well to practice that doesn't seem like practice.
