Looking for a fun Halloween activity to do with older students in your Social Studies class? Well, look no further! This interactive social media-inspired activity is the perfect mix of fun and educational. It is a great seasonal activity that your students will love!
The students create a “selfie” of themselves dressed up as a favorite historical figure that they’ve learned about this year. There are also two quick writing prompts included where the students write about the person and the significance of the costume. The final product is perfect for your students’ Social Studies Interactive Notebooks, and they also make an excellent bulletin board display.
