Description

Looking for a fun digital Halloween activity? With this collection of 72 Boom digital cards, students will read and respond to 32 interesting facts on Halloween.

Your students will be in awe as they learn all about the origin of Halloween tracing back to the early Irish and Scottish immigrants, the customs and traditions observed globally, as well as many other interesting facts.

Activity

  • Students will read 32 information cards and answer multiple-choice questions. Students who need additional reading support have the option to listen to the included audio on each information card.

  • To make the activity more fun, and motivate students to read and complete the task, students will 'collect' the arms, legs, torso, eyes, and mouth to build a monster at the end.

  • With this activity, your students will benefit from reading practice in addition to getting key information on interesting Halloween facts.

This deck is created in Flow Magic, so students have the option to go back and read the fact card again in order to respond to the multiple-choice question correctly and set them up for success.
