In this set, you will find 3 different activities to help students practice matching main ideas with supporting details.
For example, in the first activity, students will cut out four different pumpkins, each with a different pumpkin fact as a main idea. Then, students will cut out 12 triangles with supporting details. They are to read the supporting detail and match it to the corresponding Main Idea Pumpkin. Each Main Idea Pumpkin has 3 corresponding supporting details (two triangle eyes and a triangle nose)
