Product Description
As a Middle School teacher, I teach an exploratory class every morning. This week we are creating monsters and giving them superpowers as it's the week before Halloween. This lesson could be used for any grade. Students are asked to imagine, draw, and write a short story told from their "monster's" point of view. This not only engages my students who are good writers, it also gets students who are more hands on learners involved in the fun of "learning." Included in this file is a list of numerous super powers a monster could have or acquire. There are also jpg pictures of monsters to give them a good idea of what their monster "could" look like! Enjoy.
