PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Such a fun way for students to practice their prime factorization! This product is versitile, and can be used for center practice, partner work, or a fun collaborative review game. Students will fill out the giant candy corn by writing out the factors, rewriting it in exponential form(if needed), then stating whether the product is a prime or composite number based on their decomposition.

Included in this product:
-Directions on how to prep/implement in classroom
-6 "Team" templates for students to hold up as their silent "done symbol"
-15 giant prime factorization candy corn templates (easy to laminate or put into a dry erase pouch for reuse year after year!)

Groups can rotate a reader, writer and the rest of the group can be "solvers". The group that solves correctly and most efficently can be rewarded with a piece of candy corn each round.

*Great way to review for a test, or simply practice this skill!
