Halloween activity to target a variety of student speech and language goals.

This activity can be used as No Print, Print, or Teletherapy Platform

This activity was created for basic receptive and expressive language therapy and practice for use with diverse groups of students or individual speech and language practice.
This packet includes the following:
Page 4-5 Color and Black/White Picture Scenes: These can be printed or used digitally on a device (tablet, computer, etc.) or on teletherapy platform to support story content. Use these to give students visual support when telling the story. Target basic vocabulary identification, labeling, and attention to story. Additionally, they can be used for targeting following directions, describing, and spatial concepts.
Page 6: Sentence strip for Halloween scene to target sentence structure, expanded utterance length, and labeling.
Page 7: Story text. Target attention to auditory information, reading, topic maintenance.
Page 8: Tic Tac Toe Game. This can be printed or used digitally for teletherapy or on device (tablet) to play simple Tic Tac Toe game. On a teletherapy platform, students may take turns drawing “X” or “O” with platform tools or stamps. On a tablet, you may have students place game pieces on the device or have them draw on the device with dry erase markers.
Page 9: Tic Tac Toe Game pieces for printed game play. Print pieces and have students choose an image to use for play. These pieces can also be used for counting articulation turns or pacing speech.
Page 10: Tic Tac Toe Visuals: These can be used to support student participation during Tic Tac Toe game play.
