Halloween Sentence Combining Exercise | Printable | Google | Easel

Sentence Combining is one of the best ways to help your students improve their writing by learning to compose effective sentences of their own. Often there is more than one way to combine sentences, and the writer learns to choose the way that most accurately conveys the meaning he or she intends.

This activity provides the opportunity for writers to combine twenty clusters into twenty original sentences. All sentences in this exercise are about Halloween. It is a good exercise to help students compose sentences while enjoying the excitement of Halloween.
