These Halloween-Themed Spider Ten Frames will engage your students in the concrete stage of mathematical thinking. Students will use plastic spiders (provided by the teacher) or paper square spiders (provided in this resource) to create part-part-whole relationships. Then they will create 2 addition and 2 subtraction sentences for each ten frame.
This Spider Ten Frame Freebie is part of my Halloween Math Center Bundle
This Center comes with both Teacher and Student Directions. The Student Directions are written in kid-friendly language with example problems to support independence.
