This is a great Halloween activity for reviewing the elements of plot. Students write their own scary stories using story starters—the twist? They are divided into groups, and each group writes a single element for each story starter. By the end of the activity, students can’t wait to see what the final products are!

Here’s what you get:
-A foldable with Halloween-themed borders for each element of a plot.
-Lined paper with a Halloween-themed border.
-Six story starters.
-An implementation page describing the activity.
