Description
Two parallel activities help kids write informative paragraphs. They can build a hamburger craft or work online. As they move through the process, kids construct topic, detail, and concluding sentences on graphic organizers: buns, burgers, and condiments. They elaborate, improve word choice, and use transitions. Finally, each child builds a sandwich.
Open the previews to take a look at one set of materials to use in the classroom - and another to share online. The distance learning project uses editable Google Slides; therefore, students must have Gmail accounts.
