-These questions are for the story Handbook for Boys – A Novel by Walter Dean Myers
-This set of 18 questions can be used to help students process the information found in this story. You can use it while they are reading or as a check for understanding at the end of the unit. This novel focuses on basic social skills (Social Emotional Learning - SEL) for a fictional character.
-There are three formats included here. The first is a foldable booklet that only uses five sheets of paper. When they are printed, on your copier choose “flip on the short edge,” and you should be able to just print, fold, and go. You could also do this as a full-page size packet if you know your students will need more space (or to split things up into daily work.) The third option is a simple list of questions you could post on your learning management system for online submissions.
-A sample answer is included for each question.
-The topics include point of view, interpreting quotes, making connections, setting, conflict, making predictions, and much more. You will like the clean format. The packet and booklet both include a cover with space for a student name.
-Please remember to leave feedback on your purchase so you will earn TpT Credits, which may be applied to your future purchases.
