This is the first guided journal I ever made, with some help from an individual I work with who has down syndrome.
It's a little messy because I hadn't learned how to scan my handwritten stuff yet...
It includes spaces for you to write about your day, emotions, favorites, other people, empathy, thoughts, movies, books, etc.
Great for school counselors, parents, people with special needs, community counselors, or behaviors specialists. I'm a behavior specialist and the individuals I work with absolutely love them.
I believe that everyone has the right to be happy. I also believe that Happiness is a choice. Choose Happiness!
