Getting papers home with our children and back to school has always been a challenge for teachers. Somewhere along the way a brilliant teacher came up the the idea to label one side of the folder with "Keep" and the other side with "Return" or some other similar phrases. Over the summer, I read on a blog about a teacher who cuts out handprints and labels them with "Left at Home" and "Right Back to School." Brilliant! I do not remember the blog I read it on but I wanted to make some handprints for my folders that I could easily cut apart with a paper cutter and have my students glue onto their folders. This download is the results of my effort. Although computerizing it was my idea, I got the idea planted in my head by another teacher so I feel it is only right to offer this for free! Enjoy!
