This novel study contains comprehension and inference questions for each chapter or group of chapters of the book "Happily Ever After." This light and humorous book is written at a 3.3 grade level. In the book, Kate, a tom boy, is swept into a fairy tale where she plays an unlikely role as a princess.
For each section of the book, a scoring guide is included that can be used to help students reflect and improve on their written responses to reading. These can easily be changed to meet the needs of your students and your teaching. Students are asked to create higher-level questions to bring to their book group discussions.
