pg. 4-5 SAVE THE DATE CARDS
Print these in color or black and white to hand out as invites to your Happy Birthday Jesus party.
Pg. 6-15 HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS BANNER
Print this banner in color or decorate it yourself. Cut it out, hole punch the circles and string with ribbon. Use it to decorate your party space.
Pg. 16-17 CUPCAKE OR CANDY CANE DECOR
Print, cut and glue these onto candy canes. You could also glue them onto short popsicle sticks to put into your cupcakes.
Pg. 18-19 PARTY CROWNS
Print these on white or colored cardstock. Allow students to cut and color the crowns. Use string or strips of construction paper, to make it fit each child’s head.
Pg. 20 BIRTHDAY CARD
Print these and allow students to make a birthday card for Jesus. They will color the front, fold the card in half and write a message to Jesus on the inside.
Pg.21-34 BINGO GAME
This game includes 20 different bingo cards. If you have more students, they will have to play with a similar game card. Use the bingo calling cards to call the letter and picture. Students will put a candy on the spot called if they have it. The first one to get five in a row wins.
Pg. 35-38 PASS THE PRESENT GAME
Print the question strips and put them into a Christmas gift bag. Play some music. When the music stops, the student holding the bag will draw a strip and answer the question. Keep playing until all of the question cards are gone. If your students cannot read, put the Christmas picture cards in the bag. Students will retell the part of the story that the picture comes from.
