Happy Hunting HeART Lesson

Happy Hunting is the story of Liza, a girl who wakes up one morning believing she’s lost her HAPPY. When her mom suggests she go hunting for it, Liza’s adventure begins.

Along her journey Liza finds her HAPPY in simple things (like her dog, friends, nature) and discovers that these things help her reconnect with the HAPPY that lives inside of her.

Through this Happy HeART Lesson kids will explore a range of feelings, make predictions, engage their imaginations, develop empathy and more!

Why Use the Happy HeART Lesson With Kids?:

When kids can identify the people, places, thoughts and things that help them to feel happy, they can access their happy feelings any time. This leads them to experience the benefits from the “feel-good” chemicals (like dopamine) that then flood their bodies and brains.
