I am really excited about this booklet!
It’s full of 16 purposeful, curriculum-related Math and Literacy pages for third grade students to complete on or around Valentine’s Day. This would also be a great activity for students in fourth grade on modified programs or those students in second grade working at a higher level.
The worksheets are centered around the original story about a group of students who are planning a class Valentine’s Day party.
Students begin the booklet by reading the story and then they’re off! In my class, we read the story together. As with all tasks, I like to take students on a little tour of the pages, so they’ll know what to expect and how to complete each task, but other than this, the booklet is designed to be completed with a high level of independence. The booklet ends with the conclusion of the story that your students complete by filling in the blanks.
It’s really a fun package and I hope your students enjoy it as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it!
The preview shows all the items included in the package. If there is something you’d like added, please let me know, I’d be happy to try and accommodate your request.
Thanks for visiting my store!
Please visit my classroom blog. I don’t sell my items there, but I’d love for you to get to know me as a teacher!
Just a reminder, that the cover page is ink heavy and you may want to save your ink by not printing it.
