Harry Potter Board Game Final Project (For Any HP Novel)
In this packet, you’ll find everything you need to help your students create and play board games based on Harry Potter while also showing their knowledge and understanding of the text.
Scheduling and Prep: This handout provides a basic schedule for planning and gives some suggestions for the day the project is due and everyone plays the games in class.
Project Requirements Handout: This handout explains the basics of the project, from what needs to be included to what is required of students working alone and in pairs.
Rubric: This page provides one way to grade the project. I have merely indicated A, B, C, and D levels on the rubric, so you are free to do point totals in the way that best suits your classroom.
Display Header: This page would work well on a bulletin board, shelf or table if you wish to display this project in your classroom or for a parent night, etc.
Printable Prize Tags: Print these cute prize tags, hole punch, and tie them to bags of jelly beans if you’d like to award prizes for game winners throughout the day of game play.
