Your students can have fun with this game while working on object naming and functions, asking questions, taking turns, descriptions, and overall vocabulary in seasons. There are 30 picture cards to be used for each season. A total of 120 pictures!
Directions: After you have cut the items in each season, choose and place the card in or on your headband. Your student then has to ask questions in order to identify the item on his/ her head. I also like to place a card another student's head and have him/ her describe the items features, functions, or attributes (no questions asked). If your student struggles with describing the item or formulating questions, use the ‘questions to ask’ aid. There is an aid for children who can read and for those who are not reading yet.
You can buy regular headbands, make them out of construction paper.. The game cards also work well with the popular game, Hedbandz.
Thanks for stopping by my store!
