Download this common core aligned pack to get your kiddos moving! “Heads Up" is a set of cards designed to review the basic properties of 3D shapes and polygons. If you have played the app called, “Heads-Up” this game is very similar. Use the cards for a math center, guided math groups, tutoring, homeschooling, or as a whole group game.
This bundle includes:
16 cards that review the properties of shapes (cone-2 faces, 0 edges, 0 vertices) or everyday examples (IE-refrigerator looks like a rectangular prism)
1. Copy shape cards onto cardstock for durability. Laminate and cut.
2. This game can be played in a variety of ways. We recommend playing in pairs, whole group, or as a math center.
3. Place all cards in a draw pile. The game is a shape-guessing game where Partner 1 holds a card on their forehead without peeking to see what shape is there. Partner 2 reads the clues on the card. If Partner 1 guesses correctly, they earn a point. Partners switch jobs and continue play for all 16 cards.
